Payment Notice:

• Payments by telegraphic transfer in RMB must made to:
  Henkel (China) Investment

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• Please quote the name of the delegate and event title on the advice when re mitting payment.
• Attendance will only be accepted upon receipt of full payment.
• Participants wishing to register at the door are responsible to ensure all details are as published.

Cancellations/Substitution:

• Cancellations received in writing 10 working days before the event will be entitled a full refund less 10% administration fee.
• Thereafter, cancellations are not refundable.
• Participants may be substituted at any time.
